Details
This 10″ x 3″ Kingpinless Polyurethane on Steel Swivel Caster features a weight capacity of 2,400 lbs. The 95 Shore A polyurethane elastomer is chemically bonded to a semi steel wheel core and has an operating temperature range of -40 to +180° Fahrenheit. Polyurethane on steel wheels offer high weight capacities while providing good floor protection, and works well in both indoor and outdoor environments. The wheel core can rust when wet, so this wheel is not recommended for applications which operate where water is present.

Kingpinless caster rigs are different from standard kingpin caster rigs in that the swivel section is held together without a rivet or nut and bolt kingpin. Kingpinless caster rigs are held together by a single row of ball bearings that are contained by a full contact interlocking swivel raceway design. Kingpinless casters are ideal for towing, conveyor, maintenance/utility carts, Towlines, drag lines and more robust applications seen in industrial environments.
