This 10″ x 3″ Kingpinless Phenolic Swivel Caster offers high weight capacities, and easy roll ability on clean, debris-free floors. Featuring weight capacities of 300 to 8,000 pounds per wheel, the 90 Shore D wheel is made from phenolic resin mixed with macerated canvas and has an operating temperature range of -50° F to +250° F. While resistant to oil, grease, and solvents, phenolic wheels become sponges to liquids when they are chipped or damaged, so this wheel is not recommended for applications which operate where water is present.

Kingpinless caster rigs are different from standard kingpin caster rigs in that the swivel section is held together without a rivet or nut and bolt kingpin. Kingpinless caster rigs are held together by a single row of ball bearings that are contained by a full contact interlocking swivel raceway design. Kingpinless casters are ideal for towing, conveyor, maintenance/utility carts, Towlines, drag lines and more robust applications seen in industrial environments.
